There are several pedestrian entrances to the parking around the perimeter of the plaza: Goya, Serrano, and Jorge Juan (Armada Española).
Vehicle access:
The vehicle entrance to the parking is reached by driving along Paseo de Recoletos and turning right at the intersection with Armada Española, one of the corners of Plaza de Colón.
You can also access this same point when coming down from Calle Génova.

Pedestrian access:
There are three pedestrian entrances to the parking facility.
The first one is located on Calle de la Princesa, near the RIU Hotel.
The second entrance is situated in Plaza de España, at number 18.
The third and final access point is also in Plaza de España, opposite the Espahotel Plaza España, at number 7.
You can use any of these entrances to reach the parking area. Once inside, head to floor -1, where the WIBLE reserved spaces are located.
Vehicle access:
At the junction of Calle de la Princesa and Plaza de España, there is a lane on the left that leads directly to the vehicle entrance.
There is also an exit that allows cars to leave towards Calle Bailén. You can also enter the parking via the ramp on Cuesta de San Vicente, which has both an entrance and an exit.
Use any of these access points to reach the parking area. Once inside, go to floor -1, where the WIBLE reserved parking spaces are located.
